Returns Policy

We make our leather belts to the measurements provided with each order. If the fit isn’t right, please email orders@beltuponline.com.au before sending the belt back. Include your order number, the size you requested and a description of the issue so we can advise on the best adjustment.

If you supplied the wrong size

We’re more than happy to adjust the belt size. You’ll need to pay the postage to send it to us and include a prepaid, addressed return satchel so we can send the new belt back. Please don’t cut or alter the belt before contacting us.

If we made a mistake

If we made the belt to a different size from the one you ordered, supplied the wrong buckle, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us. We’ll arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return postage where a return is required.

Leather is a natural material, so grain and colour can vary slightly between pieces. This does not affect your rights if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
