Our leather belts are custom made to order, so supplying the correct size information is very important. We make the belts to the size provided with the order. If you make a mistake and supply the incorrect size , then sorry but we will not replace the belt. If we make a mistake and make the wrong size then we will happily make you a new piece of leather and you can then attach the buckle you have by removing the Chicago screws and reattaching the buckle. If we supply the wrong buckle then we will resend you a new buckle no charge.
In order to claim a replacement or refund this must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to see evidence of any mistake claimed – this can be a photograph or returned product.
Our belts are made from genuine leather which is a natural product and can be subject to imperfections. No leather belt is perfect and the imperfections in the leather contribute to it’s natural beauty.
